Stupidity and God

Hey!  I am practicing my listening and reading my bible.  I waste so much time on the internet and other mindless activities, so I am trying to substitute bible reading here and there.  It works.

Today, I am getting off subject and want to put my views in on Hurricane Earl and people who do not evacuate.

I become angry with their attitudes and selfishness.  They put the Police, Fire Fighters, EMTs and other emergency workers at risk and put more responsibility on their jobs.  I think each person who stays and lives, should have to pay a fine equavalent to the Emergency worker's salaries.  And the Emergency Workers should get the extra pay!
.
One time, during a bible study class, we were discussing how God steps in during dangerous situations and saves the person or persons.  And how sometimes there is no help and why.  Why should He step in if someone is driving their car 120 mph straight toward a brick wall?  I think that He should be at the gates of Heaven tapping His foot with His arms crossed. And then show them a movie of what they would not experience because of their own stupidity.  Along with feeling the pain they caused their family and friends magnified 100 times.  Of course by now it is only regrets.

Leave and come back after the "all clear" signal. Bravery comes in many forms and sometimes it is about making the right decision.

God Bless!
Remember if you need prayer, email me.  I care!
